Web Site Design Rates And Prices
We create original web sites, NOT "massaged" templates!
There are two 2 distinct stages to web site development, and our costs reflect this:
- Web Site Setup & Design: This covers the costs associated with getting the project rolling, and includes things like client contact, concept development, preliminary artwork, and site navigation design. It is on a sliding scale (since bigger jobs take more planning) and this is reflected in our quote. Large sites are quoted on a job-by-job basis.
- Web Site Construction: Charged per page where a page contains up to 400 words of text and up to 4 photos. Once again on a sliding scale, but downwards in this case as there is a certain amount of the page construction that can be duplicated from page to page. Prices start from only K1,999!
There are a lot of variables to be considered in building a site, and a pricing structure that includes all of them is difficult. We know how long it takes to build a site of a certain size, on average, and it's simpler to quote the cost of the finished product, rather than having to deal with the intricacies of the technical process it will take to create it.
Pricing:
Prices start at PNGK1,999 for the design of a complete web site comprising of:
- page design & layout
- all graphics
- page templates
- navigation menu
- 4 pages
- incorporation of your own images
- contact/feedback form
- special pages in various formats, e.g. PDF, Excel, Word etc.
- (depending on the number of pages and content charges for a web site will increase proportionally to the work involved.)
PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee all our work and will maintain, amend and/or update pages made by us for a period of three months from date of invoice if requested at no charge.
Completed sites: All work done will be demonstrated on our server at:

We are not responsible for any errors and/or incompatibility of your ISP’s hosting services if your ISP does not comply with up-to-date server software and settings to run the pages & scripts. If you experience any problems with your current ISP we will assist however.
Payment: In order to proceed with any work we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the contract value. The balance is due and payable once our work has been demonstrated to display on OUR server as designed.
Delivery: Upon receipt of final payment we will provide the client with all files, original and customized images, as well as customized PHP and Javascript, if any, on a CD. If requested we will upload the web site to your designated ISP at no extra charge.
- Additional pages are charged on a per page basis of minimum PNGK100/page or up to K250/hour depending on contents, e.g. text, graphics, images etc.
- For larger sites and/or specialized web pages such as discussion forums, web albums, shopping carts we provide a quote based on client's instructions and ideas.
- PHP and Javascripts for live online applications charged strictly on time basis
- MySql database installation, maintenance and updates
- Are your pages outdated and need an overhaul? Web site overhauls charged strictly on time basis.
- Web Site Maintenance: There is nothing worse than a 'stale' site, or a site that has not been updated with fresh contents on a regular basis. We offer regular updating of your site with either newely submitted content and/or a work-over every six months at a nominal charge.
